I really reminded me of I got great value for my money with the private onsen and excellent buffet options, made the experience lovely. The staff were friendly and cute, and my room was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat.

The combination of traditional Japanese hospitality and the luxurious experience of soaking in warm, healing waters was rejuvenating. The spacious separate bedroom, with two single, comfortable beds, added to my enjoyment, even though I found the overall room size to be small by Western standards.
One minor drawback was the limited selection of amenities in the bathroom. While it was clean and functional, I expected a few more toiletries to elevate the experience.

The spacious room was perfect for us, offering a gorgeous view from the balcony and plenty of amenities like fridges and drink-making facilities. The rooftop onsen was a clear highlight, providing a serene atmosphere amidst stunning surroundings. the buffet meals were really good, featuring a wide variety of delicious options from both Japanese and Western cuisines. I loved the rooftop onsen with its fine mountain views and open-air vibe! The staff was super friendly and even spoke English, which made things easier since I don't speak Japanese. Plus, the location was nice and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a long business day.
I was really disappointed with the room amenities. They were stingy with the shampoo and toiletries, which was annoying for a hotel at this price. And the buffet selection was decent but not as really good as I’d hoped. Honestly, I expected more for what I paid.

Would be happy to recommend for a short-term stay.
Spacious rooms, amazing views, and delicious food made my stay enjoyable, with free Wi-Fi in the room and 24-hour reception for any of my needs during this relaxing two-night getaway.
Nothing it is perfect.

missingWrote a review on 03 Novmassive hotel
The hotel is massive and overcrowded. Limited transportation options mean relying on costly taxi rides. The advertised shuttle service was fully booked, leaving guests scrambling for rides. The view from the room includes dilapidated buildings, which overshadow the natural beauty visible if you look elsewhere. Room furnishings are dated, jarring with the expectation set by promotional images. It's designed more for mass tourism than a cozy getaway, lacking any real personal touch.
